Poetry Reading from Rus in Urbe

I will be reading some of my poems in Irish with English translations from my collection Rus in Urbe to mark International Poetry Day on 28th September in the company of other Irish and Latvian poets. It would be great to meet up with some of my friends there. See the notice below from the Irish Writers’ Union:
We have often been asked to host more social events and so we hope you will accept our invitation to join us at the Lutheran Church, 22 Adelaide Road, Dublin 2, from 6pm-8pm, this coming Friday, 28th September. Entry is free.
It will be an evening of Irish and Latvian poetry to celebrate International Poetry Day, and all are welcome. Bring your friends and family!
The Irish Writers’ Union is partnering our friends at the Latvian Writers’ Union to bring you an evening of poetry read in Latvian, Irish and English by poets Ieva Lakute, Evija Marija Ezerina, Gunita Sergunta, Zane Laizane Puncule, Glenda Cimino, Rosemarie Rowley, Paddy Bushe and James Lawless. We look forward to meeting our colleagues old and new and to enjoying an entertaining evening.
